ATROPINE - A Fast Track to the Physical Internet

At the world's largest conference on the subject of 'Physical Internet' - the IPIC 2018 in Groningen / NL - a research team from the project ATROPINE (A Fast Track to the Physical Internet) presented current project results on the design of a Physical Internet 'test region' in Upper Austria.

The project is managed by the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria - Logistikum and combines the research expertise of partners such as JKU, RISC, HEAL, VNL and 14 corporate partners. The team works on the implementation of a 'Physical Internet' transport network and receives research funding from the Upper Austrian Government (strategic program 'Innovative Upper Austria 2020') as well as corporate contributions. The final project report is scheduled for August 2018.
